Definitely machine wash cold and tumble dry low inside out. Do not hang to dry as the fabric can get very heavy when wet and that weight while hanging can stretch out the fabric. If you prefer not to use a dryer, please lay flat to dry.

The fibrous quality of Bamboo is what makes it moisture wicking and so comfortable. The tiny fibers pull moisture away from your body to keep you cool and comfortable. To reduce the amount of fibers that can accumulate make sure to wash inside out so that the outside of the fabric isn’t rubbing up against too many other things in the wash.

Start by reading the product description which gives insight into the fit of that style. Next, check our size guides (women, men, kids) that provide additional measurements. Keep in mind that our bamboo fabric is extremely soft and stretchy. The measurements are taken from a relaxed garment (meaning lying flat, not on a person's body), and do not account for the additional 4"-6” of stretch the fabric has when you put the garment on. If you’re still not sure, send us an email with some details about your height, weight and body type and the product you’re interested in and we’d be happy to make a recommendation.

• The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and have all the parts if there are multiple items in a set.
• The item must have a valid This Is J sales receipt or invoice number
• A return/exchange form must be filled out prior to shipping the item back. Visit Return and Exchange form page.

An item cannot be returned under the following conditions:

• If the item was purchased in person at a show or event (exchanges only within 30 days).
• If the item was purchased during a sample sale or sale that was advertised as “final sale”.
• If the items has been worn and/or washed.
• If the item was purchased more than 30 days prior.
