CANADA POST Updates: Although we recommend checking the above Canada Post link for up to date information, we also wanted to include some helpful information as well. Canada Post has had a large surge in package volume due to COVID-19. They are working hard to get everyone their packages, but will no longer guarantee delivery times. The experiences of our customers have varied from goods arriving within a normal delivery time frame of 1-2 days to some customers being unable to properly track their items on the Canada Post website and then it showing up 1-2 weeks later.

Please note, that we rely on Canada Post and their affiliated services within other countries and cannot always guarantee that shipments will be delivered on time.

Sales Taxes + Duties
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the province/territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge.
If you simply want to exchange an item for a different size, send the item back to us after filling out our Returns & Exchanges Form and we will cover the cost to ship the new item back to you. This service is only available to our Canadian customers at the moment.
When shipping an item for an exchange, we recommend sending it back with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
International returns & exchanges must indicate that the item has a $0 value as it is being return to its country of origin, Canada, and is being sent back for a return or exchange. Any duties or taxes incurred due to the wrong labeling of return shipments will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

That depends on where you live and the shipping you choose from the options available at the time of purchase.
If you live in Toronto and need a guaranteed next day courier delivery, please get in touch by email and we can accommodate a custom order for you. Average prices for Toronto delivered courier packages range from $20-$30 depending on destination. Courier orders must be placed by 2pm the day prior.
At this time, we do not offer a pick-up option.
We use Canada Post as it is the best option to reach all our Canadian and US customers whether they live in a big city or rural area. Canada Post hands off to USPS for delivery over the border.
Of course! Just make sure you follow the following guidelines:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and have all the parts if there are multiple items in a set.
- The item must have a valid This Is J sales receipt or invoice number
- A return/exchange form must be filled out prior to shipping the item back. Visit Return and Exchange form page.
An item cannot be returned under the following conditions:
- If the item was purchased in person at a show or event (exchanges only within 30 days).
- If the item was purchased during a sample sale or sale that was advertised as “final sale”.
- If the items has been worn and/or washed.
- If the item was purchased more than 30 days prior.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 across Canada and $150 across the US. Your order will ship within 1-2 business days, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Since we ship all of our products from Toronto, Canada, delivery will depend on where you're located and can be delayed due to customs and national holidays. Real time shipping options display at the time of purchase giving you rates and time in transit choices. Orders placed after 12pm EST are scheduled to ship the following day.
