"My partner lives in these since I bought them. He finds they really regulate his temperature for sleeping which was a big issue for him! He is a perfect medium and they fit pretty well, but are a little generous in the waist. He finds that he needs to pull the draw string tight to keep them up. I don't think you could size down though. Overall, highly recommend."
