5 -10 business days in transit. This includes all duties, taxes, and brokerage and ensures your order arrives without any additional border crossing fees.

Return and Exchange Policy

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. To exchange a product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods.

Once confirmed, you have 10 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website (an order number works). Fill out our Returns & Exchanges form here.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products discounted more than 50%.
• Products purchased from our Sample Sale.

Shop with confidence this holiday knowing that anything purchased between October 15th 2026 and December 24th, 2026 can be exchanged for a different item or online store credit up until January 15th, 2027 (Unless otherwise indicated. Must be in new unworn condition). Proof of purchase must be present for any return to be accepted. Excluding Sample Sale and Final Sale items.
