- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund. To exchange a product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods.
- The item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and have all the parts if there are multiple items in a set.
- The item must have a valid This Is J sales receipt or invoice number
An item cannot be returned under the following conditions:
- If the item was purchased in person at a show or event (exchanges only within 30 days).
- If the item was purchased during a sample sale or sale that was advertised as “final sale”.
- If the items has been worn and/or washed.
- If the item was purchased more than 30 days prior.
