Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods for an exchange or refund. Once confirmed, you have 10 days to ship the goods back. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. **Holiday Return Policy 2023
Shop with confidence this holiday knowing that anything purchased between October 15th 2023 and December 24th, 2023 can be exchanged for a different item or online store credit up until January 15th, 2024 (Unless otherwise indicated. Must be in new unworn condition). Proof of purchase must be present for any return to be accepted.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products marked "Final Sale".
- Products discounted more than 20%.
- Products purchased from our Sample Sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card bill.

Shipping on Exchanges in Canada
If you simply want to exchange an item for a different size, ship the item back to us and we will ship the new item back to you. Fill out our Returns & Exchanges form to get started.
When shipping an item for an exchange, we recommend sending it back with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
Return Shipping in the USA and Europe
At this time, This Is J does not offer free returns. To return or exchange your product(s), please mail to: This Is J – Returns/Exchanges 400 Eastern Avenue Toronto, ON, M4M 1B9 CANADA. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You must indicate that the item has a $0 value, on all shipping documents, as it is being returned to its country of origin (Canada) and is being sent back for a return or exchange. Any duties or taxes incurred due to the wrong labeling of return shipments will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Defective or Damaged Goods
If your item(s) is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your item(s) for an exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to proceed.
