General Carrier Delivery Guidelines:
Free shipping on Canadian orders over $100 and US orders over $150.
Ontario + Quebec: 1-3 business days in transit.
Rest of Canada: 5-7 business days in transit.
Expedited Shipping*: Quoted in cart at checkout based on delivery address.
Ontario + Quebec: 1-2 business day in transit.
Rest of Canada: 4-5 business days in transit.
Toronto Courier - 1-2 business day delivery.
5 -10 business days in transit. This includes all duties, taxes, and brokerage and ensures your order arrives without any additional border crossing fees.
Please allow 1-3 business days for our team to pack and ship your order. Delivery timelines do not include processing times.

Sales Taxes + Duties
Sales tax will be applied automatically during the checkout process to Canadian customers. Taxes are based on the province/territory where the items are being shipped. Customers outside of Canada are not charged taxes, but do bear the sole responsibility for any duties your local customs office may charge. When U.S. Flat Rate Shipping is selected all duties, taxes, and brokerage are included.
If you simply want to exchange an item for a different size, send the item back to us after filling out our Returns & Exchanges Form and we will cover the cost to ship the new item back to you. This service is only available to our Canadian customers at the moment.
When shipping an item for an exchange, we recommend sending it back with a tracking number. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and we are not responsible for lost merchandise.
International returns & exchanges must indicate that the item has a $0 value as it is being return to its country of origin, Canada, and is being sent back for a return or exchange. Any duties or taxes incurred due to the wrong labeling of return shipments will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

At this time, we do not offer a pick-up option.
We use Canada Post to reach all our Canadian customers whether they live in a big city or rural area. A local courier when Local Delivery is selected. DHL in the U.S.
Of course! Just make sure you follow the following guidelines:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
- The item must be in new, unworn and unwashed condition and have all the parts if there are multiple items in a set.
- The item must have a valid This Is J sales receipt or invoice number
- A return/exchange form must be filled out prior to shipping the item back. Visit Return and Exchange form page.
An item cannot be returned under the following conditions:
- If the item was purchased in person at a show or event (exchanges only within 30 days).
- If the item was purchased during a sample sale or sale that was advertised as “final sale”.
- If the items has been worn and/or washed.
- If the item was purchased more than 30 days prior.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 across Canada and U.S. orders over $150. We also offer $10 flat rate shipping across the U.S. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days, provided all items are in stock. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Since we ship all of our products from Toronto, Canada, delivery will depend on where you're located and can be delayed due to order volume, customs, and national holidays. Real time shipping options display at the time of purchase giving you rates and time in transit choices. Orders placed after 11:30am EST are scheduled to ship the following day.
